Delta Lloyd to list in November

Insurance company Delta Lloyd will be listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange on November 3, the company, currently part of Britain’s Aviva group, said at a news conference on Monday.

Delta Lloyd is to float 63.5 million shares, or 38.4% of the company for between €15.50 and €19.00 per share. This values the Delta Lloyd group at €2.6bn to €3.1bn.
Meanwhile, Bermuda-based and Oslo-listed shipping company Dockwise Ltd is planning a secondary listing in Amsterdam in December. The aim of the listing is to raise between $220m and $250m to pay off outstanding debts, Dockwise said in a statement.
