Two 17-year-old girls arrested after boy, 14, stabbed in Rotterdam


Two teenage girls have been arrested in connection with the stabbing of a 14-year-old boy in Rotterdam.

Police said the boy was stabbed during an argument on West-Kruiskade on Monday evening. He was taken by ambulance to hospital.

The two suspects, both aged 17 and from Vlaardingen and Rotterdam, were arrested shortly afterwards on Diergaardesingel.

Police said they were studying camera footage from the scene and had not ruled out making further arrests.
