Inflation remains at 2.5%
Inflation stayed at 2.5% in March, the third month in a row, national statistics agency CBS announced on Thursday.
The price of clothing kept the figure high, showing an increase of 2.5% over the year-earlier period. Food prices rose by 1.8%.
According to the harmonised inflation rate for the EU, inflation in the Netherlands is currently 2.9%, above the European average of 2.6%.
