One in five Dutch school pupils will repeat a year
Over one in five Dutch school pupils will repeat a year before they reach the age of 16, according to school inspectors.
This is well above the 14% average in the 34-nation strong OECD, news agency ANP reports, quoting figures from the Paris-based organisation.
