Holland’s oldest orang-utan dies
The Netherlands’ oldest orang-utan has died at the age of 51, the Nos website reports.
Karl, who lived at the Apenheul zoo, is suspected of having had a stroke. He had been unable to climb for some time and more recently lost the use of his right arm.
The Apenheul decided to have him put down.
