Telegraaf, John de Mol interested in buying SBS Nederland

The Telegraaf Media Group and media tycoon John de Mol would both be interested in buying television station SBS Nederland if owner ProSiebenSat.1 puts the company up for sale, the Financieele Dagblad reports on Tuesday.

ProSiebenSat.1 boss Thomas Ebeling said in a German newspaper on Saturday the company is considering selling a large number of foreign television companies.
SBS Nederland is made up of Net 5, SBS 6 and Veronica. A Petercam analyst told the paper the Dutch media activities are worth between €600m and €750m.
