A project in Apeldoorn to encourage youngsters to take mobile phone film of vandals in action and other anti social behaviour has been abandoned because it attracted ‘too many tasteless contributions’, the city council said on Thursday.

‘We were sent film of youngsters doing weird things just to look tough. [The website] had the opposite effect,’ a spokesman told the Telegraaf.
