Harry Borghouts plans Noord-Holland come back
Harry Borghouts, the queen’s commissioner in Noord-Holland province who resigned over the province’s lost €78m investments in Icelandic bank Icesave, is to stand for the provincial authority as a representative of GroenLinks.
‘He is motivated and has tremendous knowledge, wisdom and experience in public office,’ the GroenLinks election committee said.
