Add as a favourite source on Google Add DutchNews as a favourite source on GoogleThe average pay rise agreed in formal pay and conditions deals (cao) in 2010 was 0.8%, well below 2009’s 2.3% average rise, according to social affairs ministry figures.
The ministry looked at 114 pay deals covering 5.2 million workers. The figures are preliminary and only cover actual increases in pay, not incrementals, bonuses and one-off payments.
