Marcial Hernandez, the MP for the anti-Islam PVV who is accused of hitting another man in a bar, is prepared to settle the case out of court, news agency ANP reports.

Lawyer Richard van der Weide has asked the public prosecution department to reach a cash settlement, saying it does not have enough evidence to take the case to court.
The incident was apparently caught on film, but his lawyer claims the images are too vague to prove what happened.
