A 15-year-old Feyenoord footballer, Nathan Ake, is set to move to either Chelsea or Manchester City in England, the Telegraaf reports on Tuesday. Defender Ake also plays for the Dutch under-16 team.

Under new international rules on youth transfers, the winning club will have to pay out almost €500,000 to Feyenoord in transfer fees, the paper says.
But according to the People newspaper, City have been in Rotterdam negotiating a fee that could hit over £2.5m. Ake turns 16 next February.
Feyenoord lost 16-year-old Kyle Ebicilio to Arsenal this summer.
