The increase, taking third quarter sales to €1.3bn, is largely due to higher raw material costs but currency effects and a takeover also played a role.
CEO Wout Dekker said in a statement he is ‘pleased’ with the results. ‘Based on the business developments in the third quarter we confirm our outlook for the full year 2010,’ Dekker said.
The company expects to book a 25% in EBITA earnings over the full year.
