Schiphol terror suspect released without charge

The British Somali man arrested at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport on Sunday on terrorist charges has been released, news agency ANP reports.

The public prosecution department investigation into the man and his travel plans failed to turn up any incriminating evidence, ANP said.
The arrest followed a tip-off from the British authorities although they have never officially commented.
The man was on his way from London to Entebbe in Uganda.
