Household assets increase, despite recession
Dutch households had total assets worth €1.3 trillion (€1,300 bn) in the first quarter of 2010, the central bank said on Wednesday.
After subtracting debts, such as mortgages, households have combined assets of €700bn or €53,000 for everyone over the age of 18.
Net assets have gone up €105bn over the past three years, despite the recession, the central bank said in its latest statistics bulletin
