Teenagers set to trap shops on beer sales
The government is considering getting young teenagers to try to buy alcohol in shops where they suspect the law is being broken, the AD reports on Thursday.
The paper says inspectors find it very difficult at the moment to take action against shops which are selling beer and other alcoholic drinks to the under-16s.
