Iranians refused admission to Twente University

Twente University has confirmed that it turned away three Iranians who wanted to study at the university, following reports in Trouw.


The university rejected the three Iranians in December following stricter admittance procedures put in place by the foreign affairs and education ministries to prevent Iran expanding its nuclear knowledge base, a spokesman told ANP news service.
