Corbijn film nominated for UK awards
With 10 nominations, the film Control by Dutchman Anton Corbijn has a big chance of winning a prize in the prestigious British Independent Film Award (BIFA), reports today’s Financieele Dagblad.
The black and white film is about the life of the late Ian Curtis, lead singer of the post-punk band Joy division.
The winner of the Bifa prize will be announced in London on November 28.
