Ronald Koeman has called up three new players to his squad for friendlies against the US and Spain, which are due to take place at the end of this month.

They include 18-year-old PSV player Mohamed Ihattaren, who said last November he would play for the Netherlands rather than Morocco.

Two new AZ players are also part of the squad: left back Own Wijndal and midfielder Teun Koopmeiners. Their inclusion brings the AZ contribution to the new Oranje line-up to five players.

The squad also includes internationals such as Matthijs de Ligt (Juventus) and Justin Kluivert (AS Roma) who play in Italy, even though they are currently out of action because of the coronavirus outbreak.

Oranje have four friendlies lined up ahead of June 2, when Koeman must announce his final squad for the European championships. The Netherlands first match in the tournament is against Ukraine on June 14.
