Duravant Acquires Foodmate
Engineered equipment leader Duravant expands global food processing offerings with acquisition of Foodmate
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Duravant LLC (“Duravant”), a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider to the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors, announced the completion of its acquisition of Foodmate, a leading manufacturer of poultry processing equipment dual-headquartered in Ball Ground, Georgia, and Numansdorp, the Netherlands. The acquisition agreement was first announced on April 19, and today Duravant completed the acquisition.
The Foodmate brand of poultry processing machinery has been a competitive force in the full line processing of poultry for over 15 years.
