Second Dutchman dies fighting in Ukraine: Telegraaf
A second Dutch national has died fighting in Ukraine, the foreign affairs ministry has confirmed to the Telegraaf.
As yet it is unclear where the 27-year-old came from or how he was killed, the paper said. The ministry spokeswoman would only say that officials were in contact with his family.
In May, a 55-year-old man became the first Dutch Dutch national to die in Ukraine. He was fighting with the Ukrainian foreign legion and was hit by artillery fire near Kharkiv.
In March, the paper said, about 70 Dutch nationals were thought to have signed up to help the Ukrainian war effort.
