Summer makes a glorious return on Saturday with bright sunshine and temperatures in the upper 20s Celsius, according to the KNMI weather bureau.
Sunday will also be warm and sunny, although there may be more cloud around. The temperature could reach 29 Celsius in the south on Sunday, there will be no return to the blistering heat of earlier this week.
Next week there could be some rain on Monday and Tuesday, but in the main it will remain dry with sunny spells and temperatures slightly above average for the time of year.
The KNMI says there will be more of the same well into August, with little rain, plenty of sunshine and above average temperatures.
