Collections to help victims of huge fire in The Hague

More than €81,000 has been raised to help a mosque in The Hague after a massive fire spread through a complex including 40 homes and the mosque.
The fire, which started in one of the houses in the Schilderswijk area some time on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, has made tens of people homeless. It also destroyed the El-Fath mosque.
Nobody is thought to have been hurt in the blaze, although dozens were forced to spend the night in hotels. Various efforts in The Hague, such as the Salvation Army (Leger des Heils) and the Reshare Store are also collecting clothes, toys and other donations to help the victims.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
