Sunny spring weather set to continue, showers in the south on Saturday
The sunny spring weather is set to continue for some time to come, although there may be some showers on Saturday in the south, according to the KNMI weather bureau.
Weekend temperatures will range from 15 Celsius in the north to 21 Celsius in the south, and it may be windy on the northern coast, the KNMI said.
Sunday will be sunny everywhere, and the good weather will continue all week, with temperatures in the high teens in most places.
The KNMI’s long-term forecast is for more of the same, but the likelihood of rain will increase from 10% to 30% into early May.
Amsterdam city council has said it will again ban members of the public from using their boats on most of the city’s canals over the weekend, in an effort to enforce social distancing rules.
