Girl, 15, was driving car when it ploughed into a tree, killing one


A 15 year-old girl was driving a car which crashed into a tree earlier this year killing one teenager and seriously another, local paper the Limburger said on Tuesday
The girl’s 29-year-old brother claimed to have been driving when the car hit a tree in Echt in Limburg on March 9 but a police investigation has uncovered video taken moments before the accident showing the girl behind the wheel.
The public prosecution office will prosecute the 15 -ear-old for causing a fatal accident and her brother for his role in the incident. A 15-year-old girl died in the crash and 14-year-old girl was badly injured but the brother and sister escaped with only slight injuries.
