Police in Tilburg have arrested a man who reportedly threw mouse poison in his neighbours’ children’s paddling pool.

The man was annoyed because the children were making too much noise while out playing, police said.

The man will have to appear in court for attempted aggravated assault and damage to property. Mouse poison is a danger to young children and animals.
