An extremely irate woman in Rotterdam apparently threw the entire contents of an apartment onto the street on Sunday night, local broadcaster RTV Rijnmond reports.
The apartment, some floors up, was quickly emptied of three plasma TVs, sundry pieces of furniture, plants, paintings and baskets, the broadcaster writes. According to a police spokesman, the items belonged to her boyfriend who had just broken up with her.
Van Speykstraat street had to be cordoned off for a short time to avoid passers-by being struck by flying furniture. It is not known whether the woman, who neighbours said ‘was beside herself’, also lived in the apartment.
She was reportedly taken to the police station ‘to cool off.’
