Sem and Julia were the most popular names for babies born in the first six months of 2016, the social insurance bank SVB said on Wednesday.

In total, 330 baby boys born between January and June were named Sem and 326 girls were called Julia.

The SVB, which is responsible for paying child benefits, monitors changes in naming children every year. In 2015 as a whole, Liam led the list of most popular boys’ names while Emma topped the girls’.

Noah, Daan, Milan and Max complete the boy’s 2016 first half top five while Sophie, Anna, Tess and Emma make up the rest of the girl’s most popular name list.
