A Dutch lorry driver was arrested in Hungary on Tuesday with 417 kilos of marijuana in his vehicle.
The packages of marijuana were hidden in a specially designed hollow space in the lorry, and have a street value of €1.6m, Dutch customs and excise said.
Hungary has the strictest drugs policy in the European Union, with sentences of up to 10 years for the possession of soft and hard drugs.
