Wide variation in the cost of a driving licence
The cost of a driving licence varies from €64.50 in Groningen to below €44 in Nijmegen, according to research by motoring organisation ANWB.
The ANWB told the Telegraaf it wants the transport ministry to impose a maximum fee for driving licences.
Plans by the previous government to impose a limit of €36 have never become law ‘for unclear reasons’, the Telegraaf reports on Wednesday.
