Boskalis raises offer for maritime services group Dockwise
Dredging group Boskalis has slightly raised its bid for martine services provider Dockwise to €18 a share, the company said on Monday.
Last month Boskalis made a €17.20 a share offer for Dockwise, which was branded by several major shareholders as too low. The new bid is worth €714m, a €32m increase on the previous offer.
Boskalis now controls 72% of Dockwise shares, the company said.
