Princess stamps sell well

A set of stamps featuring the three daughters of prince Willem-Alexander and princess Máxima have brought in a record €11.6m, compared with €10m last year.

The kinderpostzegels (childrens stamps) are released each October, and money goes to projects around the world which are aimed at the safety and education of vulnerable children.
This year the stamps featured the princesses Amalia, Alexia and Ariane. The photographs were taken by their father crown prince Willem-Alexander.
