Philips new CEO can earn up to €3.3m a year
Philips new chief executive Frans van Houten will earn a basic annual salary of €1.1m with performance-related bonuses mounting up to a further €2.2m, the AD reports.
Van Houten takes over at Philips on April 1. His appointment still has to be approved by Philips’ AGM on March 31.
