A 13-year-old boy from Groningen has been arrested for using the microblogging service Twitter to say he planned to blow up his school, the Telegraaf reports.


The youth, who said the threat was a joke, was allowed home after questioning but may face charges.
Last month a 17-year-old girl from Amersfoort was arrested and spent a night in a police cell after using Twitter to say she planned to bomb her school.
