Vitesse bought by Georgian
Arnhem football club Vitesse was bought on Monday by Georgian billionaire and former footballer player Merab Zjordania.
Zjordania would not comment on how much he payed for the club, according to press agency ANP, or how much he would be investing. He did say he has no plans to sack manager Theo Bos and will be buying new players.
‘Vitesse will be premier league champions in three years’ time,’ the new owner told ANP.
