They have signed up with a foundation which organises class-action law cases and if efforts to reach an out-of-court settlement fail, say they will go to court for compensation.
T-Mobile admitted on Friday it had problems with its network but said these could not be solved in the very short term. The problems have been caused by the increase in mobile internet use, such as the iPhone.
