Exports return to pre-crisis levels
The Dutch export volume rose 17% on April compared with the year earlier period and are almost back at pre-crisis levels, the national statistics office CBS said on Tuesday.
Imports were up 13% in April but are still considerably under their position two years ago, the CBS said.
The increase took the Dutch trade surplus to €3.5bn, an increase of €1.2bn on April 2009.
