The 100 richest self-made young Dutch are worth a combined €1.95bn, according to the latest ranking by business magazine Quote.

Top of the list is New York based investor David Slager, who manages the Atticus Capital hedge fund and has assets of €270m, Quote says.
In second place is former soap star turned director and tv maker Reinout Oerlemans, whose fortune has now reached €73m. In third place is Roger Hodenius, founder of trading group Flowtraders with €60m.
Afab
The total value of the top 100, who are all aged under 40, has fallen by €91m this year. This is due to the problems at insurance group Afab, owned by Maasbert Schouten, whose assets have tumbled by €200m, ANP reported.
Highest earning athlete on the list is baseball player Andruw Jones on €54m, followed by footballers Ruud van Nistelrooy (€53m), Clarence Seedorf (€43m) and Edwin van der Sar (€33m).
Two models are in the list: Doutzen Kroes on €12m and Yfke Sturm on €7m.
