BAM issues new shares to raise €249m

Building company BAM plans to raise €249m by issuing new shares. The money will be used to strengthen its balance sheet and for public private investment projects, the company said in a statement on Monday.


BAM is to offer the 96.6 million new shares first to its own shareholders for €2.58 each, a 38% premium on Friday’s close.
