Groningen to pay back integration cash
Groningen city council has to pay several million euros back to central government for failing to get enough people to go through a compulsory integration course, news agency ANP reports.
The council should have found 1,230 immigrants to take the course but only 800 people actually did so, ANP said.
Groningen says other city councils will also have to pay back cash.
