The cost of a visit to the zoo, theme park, theatre or museum went up by as much as 10% in the last 18 months, according to the latest figures from national statistics office CBS on Wednesday.

The rate of inflation in the same period was only 4%, says the CBS.
In fact prices have been rising for the last 10 years. Entrance prices for the zoo and museums have increased 70% in this period and a trip to a theme park has gone up 66%, says the CBS.
Meanwhile tickets to the cinema, a concert or the theatre are more than 55% more expensive today than 10 years ago.
