Cocaine hidden in toddler’s nappy

An Antillean woman has been arrested at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport after military police found cocaine hidden in the nappy of her two-year old daughter as well as in her own body.

The woman, who arrived in the Netherlands on a flight from Curacao, was found to be smuggling in over one kilogram of cocaine.
The military police also announced that they arrested a Surinamese man last week who had swallowed 182 packages of cocaine.
The total weight of cocaine, 2.2 kgs, was a record he shares with a man earlier this year who had swallowed 218 smaller packages of cocaine with the same combined weight, said police.
