Dutch swimmers win gold medal

The Dutch women’s relay swimming team won the gold medal at the world swimming championships in Rome at the weekend.


Femke Heemskerk, Marleen Veldhuis, Inge Dekker and Ranomi Kromowidjojo completed the 4x100m freestyle in a record breaking time of 3:3.72.
The Dutch women’s team have taken home four gold medals in the last two years including gold at the Beijing Olympics last year.
