Playground murder link to Lelystad stabber?
Police are looking ‘seriously’ at the theory that Opa Leo, the 69-year-old school assistant stabbed to death in an Amsterdam playground this week, may have been killed by the Lelystad pricker’, the Telegraaf reports.
Four people have been stabbed by a mystery attacker in Lelystad over the past weeks.
The Telegraaf says police are convinced there are a number of similarities between the descriptions of the attackers. Video footage shows that the playground killer specifically targeted his victim, the paper says.
Meanwhile three young children who witnessed the attack on a playground shared by three primary schools in Amsterdam Zuid have been questioned by specially trained officers.
