Man charged with murder of paedophile
A 24-year-old man from Veendam has been arrested in connection with the murder of a convicted paedophile in the village of Maartensdijk near Utrecht in February, the Telegraaf reports.
Paul Schaap (52) was found dead at his home on February 4. He had been targeted by anti-paedophile campaigners and named on a number of websites.
Sources told the Telegraaf that the murder suspect is one of Schaap’s victims.
