Snow and ice delay commuters
Snow and ice caused long delays for rush-hour commuters on Monday morning, particularly in the east and south of the country.
In particular, there were long jams on the A2 between Maastricht and Eindhoven and on many minor roads. By 8am, the ANWB reported 570 km of tailbacks.
