12 hurt as tram and bus collide
An serious accident involving a tram and a bus is causing traffic chaos in the Amsterdam suburb of Amstelveen, reports the AD newspaper.
The accident occurred on Friday morning when a tram hit a bus and left the rails. The bus then crashed through the windows of an office. Twelve people were hurt, five of them seriously, says the AD.
Tram services to Amstelveen have been halted because of the crash, the paper says.
