Opticians Hans Anders up for sale
Opticians chain Hans Anders has been put up for sale by Gilde Investments, the Financieele Dagblad reports on Tuesday.
The paper says the first round of bidding is now over and a second round is under way. According to Standard & Poor’s documents, the sale is expected to raise between €125m and €150m, the paper says.
Hans Anders chairman Johan Creemers told the paper the chain, which now has 500 outlets, has a target of 1,000 within five years. He declined to say which companies were bidding.
