Dutchman takes charge of space council
Dutchman Rolf de Groot has been named chairman of the Human Space Flight, Microgravity and Exploration council at the European space agency ESA from July 1.
‘I am here for the European side of things,’ De Groot tells news agency ANP. ‘But of course I do think it is nice to point out that Dutch academics are showing increasing interest in planetary exploration’.
