SABMiller has launched a $4m campaign to establish Grolsch as a premium beer in South Africa, the Telegraaf reports on Tuesday.

South Africa is one of the biggest new markets for premium beers, with growth of between 20% and 25%, the paper says. The campaign emphasises Grolsch’s long traditions and its Dutch roots.
