Matching royal outfits for princesses
Both Holland’s princess Máxima and Belgium’s princess Mathilde turned up as guests of honour at an opening in The Hague on Tuesday wearing outfits made of black and white hound’s tooth check.
The AD carries a photograph of the laughing princesses, Maxima in Oscar de la Renta and Mathilde in Brussels designer Edouard Vermeulen.
It is not the first time the princesses have worn similar clothes, as one devoted fan’s website shows.
